Absolutely. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no branding, logos, or product descriptions. The shipping label shows a generic sender name — nobody handling the package can tell what's inside.
No. Our parcels look identical to any other online shopping delivery. We use generic packaging and neutral sender details so the rider and delivery company have zero indication of the contents.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD). Your bank statement will show a generic merchant name for added privacy.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Defective items are always eligible for replacement.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout. All deliveries are tracked — you'll receive updates via SMS or email.
Yes. All our condoms are electronically tested and meet international safety standards (ISO 4074). Lingerie and bras are made from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials.
